Free browser extension

Apply everywhere. Track in one place.

The ApplyTrac Copilot sits quietly on LinkedIn, Indeed and every careers page. It captures the posting, fills the application from your profile, and writes the record to your board the moment you submit.

Sign up first — the extension asks for the same login, then everything you apply to shows up on your board.

What the extension does on a job page

One-click capture

Any job page becomes a structured record — title, company, location, source and the full description, cleaned up on the way in.

Smart auto-fill

Built around Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and iCIMS form patterns, including the awkward multi-page ones.

Answers you only type once

Screening answers are remembered per question, so the second time a company asks about work authorisation it is already filled.

Private by design

Your profile stays in your browser. Helping improve field detection is opt-in, and your data is never sold or used to train models.

Extension questions

Which browsers are supported?

Chrome, Edge, Brave and Arc — anything on Chromium 114 or newer. Firefox and Safari are not supported yet.

Does it apply on my behalf automatically?

No. The copilot fills the form and you review and submit. You always press the button.

What happens if a site changes its form?

The copilot falls back to field-label matching, and anything it cannot confidently fill is left highlighted for you.

Do I need a paid plan?

No. Capture and tracking are unlimited on the free plan, which also includes 50 autofills and 50 AI drafts a month.

How does it know it is me?

You sign in to the extension once with the same email as your workspace. It holds its own session, so it keeps working even when no ApplyTrac tab is open.
